What is LYTWRK?

LYTWRK is not just a fitness app by Marcel Powers, it's a movement that values intention and empowerment. LYTWRK provides guided workout programs tailored to your goals. It also includes personalized 1:1 coaching, nutrition plans, and community challenges to help you train smarter and live fully.

Do you offer a free consultation?

No, there is no free consultation. For all 1:1 coaching, you’ll invest a $25 non-refundable deposit when you book the 45-minute consultation to discuss your fitness goals, workout history, lifestyle, and if the LYTWRK experience will be a perfect fit for you! The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the package you select.

 

Can I train if I have an injury or medical condition?

Absolutely! Of course, you need to make sure that you are cleared by your doctor before engaging in physical activity. Your workouts will be tailored around your injuries & medical conditions, ensuring that you'll be able to still receive an effective workout, regardless of any limitations you may have!

What’s your cancellation policy?

For all 1:1 coaching, as long as you are able to reschedule your training session at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged a training session. If you are within the 24-hour cancellation policy, it is up to the trainer's discretion.

Do you offer plans for weight loss, muscle gain, or both?

​There are plans available for many different fitness goals! Whether virtual or in-person, on our initial call I will go over a detailed explanation of the path towards your fitness goal(s), so you have a clear understanding of what you can expect during your journey.

What happens if I feel like my program isn’t working for me?

Clear communication and weekly check-ins have allowed every client to progress accordingly, making sure that their program works best for their goals!

Do I need to have prior fitness experience?

Not at all! Regardless of fitness experience, the goal is to bring you to your fitness goal(s) as efficiently as possible, while also making sure you are performing your best.

Do you offer nutrition guidance?
Yes, I provide personalized nutrition guidance to help you reach your specific goals. This includes general nutritional information, custom recipes that fit your macros, full meal plans, and shopping lists based on the ingredients you'll need.

​What makes your training unique?

You'll be going through a workout experience that matches your energy signature, something that is unique to you! This experience is unprecedented, as you'll be able to feel and look your best by working out in accordance to what your body & energy needs.

Do I need my own equipment?

For in-person training, you don't need your own equipment! It will be provided, regardless of workout location. If you wish to use your own workout equipment, that is acceptable as well. For your own personalized online program, you'll communicate the equipment you have access to, as the workouts developed with match what is available!
